Celebrate the CHANGE in a Circle of Women

Ages 45 - 105

This FREE Online circle will meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month in safe and sacred container. Opportunities will be created for participants to give voice to their questions, concerns, joys, challenges and grief associated with menopause so that women can support and nourish themselves and one another, be empowered by the natural changes taking place, and in doing so help shift the cultural perspective from menopause being the beginning of the end to a new beginning – one of growth, healing, creativity and empowerment. 

This offering is intended to facilitate the exploration of what is happening as menses cease; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually, through facilitated discussion and invitations of self-exploration, story-telling, deep listening, ritual and celebration.
