A Forest Bathing Experience is one in which participants are gently guided in activities that awaken the senses, call forth gratitude and encourage tuning into the wisdom within themselves and the other-than-human world.  

*Participants will maintain 6’ social distance protocols and be asked to wear a mask when distancing is not possible.*
